We pride ourselves on the level of knowledge and service we bring to our clients. All of our clients are assigned experienced service representative dedicated to serving their needs.
Toll-free HIPAA compliant employee claims advocacy
Employees have access to a claims specialist that can help them with any claim issues, benefit questions, or payment questions they may have throughout each plan year.
We provide a comprehensive employee benefits guide that illustrates in detail the benefits that are available to each employee.
Strategic planning services include ongoing evaluation of all your plan’s characteristics as well as updates as new trends and market factors emerge.
We provide wellness programs that can be specific to your employees’ needs and health care data and will provide tools that you need to promote a successful wellness program.
We conduct open enrollment and new hire employee meetings to discuss the employee benefit programs that you offer to your employees.
Our agency will meet with your labor unions to discuss the benefits and pricing details of your negotiated employee benefit programs.
Quarterly claims review
We will meet on a quarterly basis to discuss the claims experience and analyze the data in order to forecast future renewals, and to develop ongoing cost-control strategies.
Each client will receive a formal ERISA-compliant summary plan description document of their current employee benefit programs, developed by Clark Hill PLC.
Public Acts 152 and 106
Our agency will review the employer contributions each year to ensure they are compliant with PA 152, as well as educate and review compliance for applicable groups under PA 106.
