Sharing the Love: Our Team, Our Clients, and the Employees You Care About
February 12, 2026At Michigan Planners, our core values are more than words on a wall. They are the foundation of how we serve our clients, support one another, and grow as a company. Each year, our Team IMPACTS Awards give every employee the opportunity to nominate and vote for the teammates who best represent these values in action.
The 2025 awards once again reminded us how strong our culture truly is. From new team members making immediate impact to seasoned employees continuing to raise the bar, this year’s winners reflect the heart of who we are.

INDEPENDENT: Stephanie Dobson & Stacy Kent
Independence at Michigan Planners means taking initiative, owning responsibilities, and moving projects forward with confidence. Stephanie and Stacy both demonstrated exceptional self-direction and reliability throughout the year, earning a well-deserved tie through peer recognition.

MOTIVATED BY SELF: Jennifer McCollum
Jennifer consistently shows internal drive and determination. Her ability to stay focused, proactive, and energized without needing external push sets a strong example for the entire organization.

PASSIONATE: Alli Fox
Alli’s enthusiasm and dedication are unmistakable. She brings energy into every project and interaction, reminding us how powerful genuine care for your work and teammates can be.

ADAPTABLE: Jillian Rowan
Jillian’s journey is especially meaningful. She joined Michigan Planners just before last year’s All Staff event, and in only a short time has become a clear representation of adaptability. From newcomer to core value winner in a year is an incredible accomplishment and a testament to her flexibility, openness to learning, and positive attitude toward change.

COMPASSIONATE: Tami Callahan
Tami continuously demonstrates empathy, patience, and kindness. Whether supporting teammates or helping clients navigate complex situations, her compassion strengthens our culture and reinforces the human side of what we do.

TEAM PLAYER: Jill Elhart
Jill exemplifies collaboration. She steps in where needed, uplifts others, and keeps the team moving forward together. Her willingness to support collective success over individual recognition is what makes strong teams thrive.
STRIVES TO IMPROVE: Nichole Amicone
Nichole’s first year impact has been remarkable. Along with earning this award, she also achieved the highest number of Google reviews among the team. Her commitment to growth, learning, and delivering exceptional experiences shows just how much influence one person can have in a short period of time.
OVERALL IMPACTS AWARD: Alli Fox
This year’s Overall IMPACTS Award goes to Alli Fox, whose growth and consistency stood out across the organization. Alli received votes in three separate categories and ultimately secured wins for Passionate, Compassionate, and Strives to Improve. While our rules allow only one official award per person, the breadth of her recognition speaks volumes. As a fully remote team member who also earned Strives to Improve last year, her continued momentum highlights both personal dedication and the strength of our remote culture.

These awards are not simply about recognition. They are a reflection of the everyday actions that shape Michigan Planners into the company it is today. When teammates celebrate one another for living out our values, it reinforces a culture built on trust, accountability, and growth.
Congratulations to all of our 2025 IMPACTS Award winners and nominees. Your impact reaches far beyond a single moment of recognition and continues to shape the future of our team.
