We’re thrilled to launch Compliance Clarity, a dedicated monthly webinar series designed to keep you informed on the latest compliance trends and regulations. Hosted on the third Tuesday of each month at 10 AM EST, these sessions will focus on timely, industry-relevant topics to ensure your organization stays proactive and compliant in 2025.

Larry

Leading the series is Lawrence (Larry) Grudzien, JD, LLM, an attorney with over 35 years of experience in employee benefits law. Larry specializes in areas such as qualified plans, health and welfare benefits, executive compensation, and fringe benefits. His extensive background includes drafting retirement and employee stock ownership plans, advising on benefits-related aspects of mergers and acquisitions, and addressing design and administrative issues for qualified retirement and health plans.

Larry has also taught employee benefits law as an adjunct faculty member at John Marshall Law School and Valparaiso University School of Law. His credentials include a J.D. from Valparaiso University, an LL.M. in Taxation from Boston University School of Law, and bar memberships in Indiana and Illinois.
