The Consolidated Appropriations Act continues to shape how employers manage health plan transparency, reporting, and vendor oversight. While many requirements involve carriers, TPAs, PBMs, and other partners, employers and plan sponsors still need to understand what obligations apply, who is responsible for each requirement, and what documentation should be maintained. This session will help employers better understand key CAA requirements, including transparency obligations, employer reporting responsibilities, gag clause attestations, and other plan governance considerations that can impact compliance and fiduciary oversight.
