Kristi Stuezer is a human resources business leader to the professional services and manufacturing industries, with a passion for getting businesses where “they want to go.” Kristi is passionate about building collaborative relationships and maximizing people resources to achieve total success.
With a career of progressively challenging HR leadership roles, her accomplishments have centered on strategic business partnering, organizational development and building people-focused processes. Kristi prides herself in working closely with all stakeholders to implement solutions which drive value to the bottom-line, such as elevating HR and Payroll tasks from tactical to strategic, creating talent management programs to reduce turnover, and engaging employees in special teams to empower and energize. With over 20 years of HR experience, Kristi holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Development from Oakland University and a Master of Science in Management from Walsh College. In 2017, she co-founded a peer-to-peer HR networking group, called HRUnite!, which is comprised of six independently managed groups today, and is growing. The purpose of HRUnite! is to bring together the HR community for best practice sharing and empower HR professionals for being the best business partners they can be!
