I was trying to help a close friend navigate through the steps in signing up for Medicare. We both ended up confused and frustrated with the different Medicare and supplemental insurance options. I had the most wonderful interaction with Gina today! She was extremely helpful over the phone in helping me sort out complications with my employer offered health insurance and HSA account. She it took it upon herself to contact my health insurance company, credit union, pharmacy, and employer. Will definitely be reaching out again if I run into more issues.
The staff at Michigan Planners are very responsive and knowledgeable. Our relationship manager, Julie DiPiazza, is readily available to help me and does a great job getting me answers and any other needed information. Michigan Planners acts as a true partner with employee benefits matters.
Michigan Planners has great customer service, three team members that I work with on a regular basis are Kym Macdonald, Stacey Kent, and Allie Fox. These three team members are awesome and give me the best service regularly and always go the extra mile, even when I don't need it. I greatly appreciate all of their hard work that they do for me and highly recommend them.

This was my first experience buying insurance and I had it worked up in my head that it was going to a difficult process but Sarah helped me through the whole thing and did an outstanding job. Such a great experience she ran me through the process and did a great job at finding the best coverage for where I live and even set up reminders for next year when I need to change insurance again.
